Smoke cleansing Is very simple to do. Take your Sage bundle and light one end, blow it out and then while thinking good thoughts or chanting a prayer or affirmation of your choice, walk clockwise around the perimeter of each room gently fanning the smoke. Keep one window or door open in each room you’re cleansing to allow the smoke to dissipate and the negative energy to leave. If you want to call in your spirit guides or your angels to assist with the clearing process, you can do that as well.
